Let’s get COLOURFUL in this chemistry-themed science party!

Kids make their own vibrant creations AND explore the science that makes them work!

In this super creative party for smaller groups, kids will examine mixtures of food products and (safe) chemicals you can likely find in your own kitchen. Everything the kids need will be provided and they’ll have a blast!

Kids keep their own creations + lab coat hire included!

Designer for smaller groups of up to 15, this party will have them ooh-ing and ahh-ing at their oil-and-water marbling creations for days (or weeks) afterwards.

Parties designed from experience

Our parties have been designed by experienced science teachers and communicators to make sure that the balance is right; cool experiments that they don’t normally see at school and all the fun stuff that you would see at a science toy store!

Plus we’ve run 1000’s of kids science parties since 2004 so all experiments have been completely tried and tested. With all the great feedback we’ve had, your child is sure to have a blast!

What do they get to do?

Kids make a number of colourful chemical concoctions, guided by one of our expert presenters in a fun atmosphere.

They will start by making their oil & water marbling creation and explore the science of how it works. Kids can keep this and take it home with them (once it dries). They will then be guided through experiments about simple chemical mixtures with some awesome demonstrations from our presenter.

  • For up to 15 kids.

Colourful Creations Party Duration

The Colourful Creations party runs for 1 hour, however, we can run science experiments for up to 90 minutes depending if you wish to add a cool liquid nitrogen show to the party.

Requirements

For ages 5 and up.

Our qualified science presenter will bring all tables and experiments.

A maximum of 15 children.

Access to an area capable of holding 15 kids – this could be indoors or outdoors.

Chairs are not required.

Kids should to wear old clothes!

We travel too! Extra costs apply.

Duration 60 minutes.
